Upgrading the resources section

A part of phase 3 of our development work is to upgrade the Resources section, which is in need of some love. Everyone has been very patient about it.
As well as tidying up the page, and linking resources to patterns (e.g. talking in public could be linked to some great presentations), we intend to make it open to people to upload their own resources, and for editors to pick the ones they think are the most powerful (as per the editorial process for news and blog items). This means that we will need a group of responsible folks to do this assessment; that is part of the longer term strategy of the site to be facilitated by ‘Transition’ itself.
